Original Picture for Cartoon Yourself

Image
This is the original picture that I used for the Cartoon yourself project. I was on a hike in Arizona;)

Cartoon Yourself

Image
This is my Cartoon Yourself project. This project felt really weird. When I traced out the parts of my face, at first they looked really different then what my actual face looked like in the photo. As I started to trace and color other things, it all came together! When doing the small print on my San Francisco hat, it was very hard because of the intricate details in the writing. To make the clouds I used a different kind of brush to make it kinda whispy. I really liked this project!!

My Version of the Cartoon Masterpeice

Image
This is my version of Pierre-Auguste Renoir's painting. I took the original painting and I traced it just like the Mona Lisa project. My theme was Tom and Jerry. As you can see, Jerry has a cheese dress because he is a mouse! (Also Jerry is supposed to be a girl in this painting) ;)  I used some different kind of brushes and lower opacity to make the texture different then just a regular brush. Also my cheese dress is a bunch of layered cheese.

Cartoon Masterpiece Original

Image
This is a painting by Pierre-Auguste Renoir.  It is called Alfred Sisley and his Wife. The next post I post will be my version of this painting with cartoon character's included in the painting.

My Scream; Part 2

Image
This is my scream part 2. As you can see, thats my face in the middle of the screen. I used the same background as my scream part 1, but it has a WAY better face.

My Scream

Image
This is my version of the scream. The theme is chickens. I guess I was really hungry when i picked the theme ;) The screaming guy is running away from the chicken army and the chicken police because he stole the prized chicken and made wings out of it. Apparently they make good ear muffs... :0)

The Original Scream

Image
This is the original scream by Edvard Munch. I traced this to get the masterpiece that you will see in my next 2 posts ;)

Original Mona Lisa Picture

Image
This is the original Mona Lisa that I slaved over tracing. ;)

Mona Lisa Project

Image
This is my done and ready Mona Lisa project. To start the project I traced the original Mona Lisa picture. Then I did a series of different things to make the Mona Lisa in front of your eyes beautiful! If your wondering, the feather on her neck is supposed to be a tattoo ;).
